- Rootmaster means "he who controls the Kingdom of the Root, or BluesRoot to be more specific." BluesRoot started out as a two person music group that paid tribute to the foundations greats of American rock 'n roll in the 1950's...blues, rockabilly, country and everything else that went into the rock 'n roll stew.
